A new guidance homepage has recently been created and is now ready for viewing. The website can be accessed through the Rome Free Academy homepage. Anyone that would like to the visit the site should go to http://rome.ny.schoolwebpages.com, click on Rome Free Academy at the bottom of the page, and click guidance on the left panel. Below is a list of the latest scholarships available for students in RFA and/or other Rome schools.
College Visits
SENIORS: College admissions representatives will be visiting RFA this Fall to speak with students interested in colleges. These visits will be held in the Guidance Conference Room. If you would like to meet with a representative, get a special pass from your own counselor prior to the time of the visit. These visits are scheduled throughout the day according to the reps schedule. Upcoming visits include:
11/12- Mohawk Valley Community College Athletics @ 10:00 am
11/23- United States Military Academy-West Point @ 12:30 pm, *juniors only*
12/9- Paul smiths College @ 8:30 am
12/23- University of Buffalo @ 10:00 am
Get a pass prior to the visit from your counselor if interested.
Scholarships for Seniors
AES Engineers scholarship deadline is less than a month away. We will be awarding $500 to the winner(s) each year.

Application Process
Students will submit an essay on one of the two topics that appear on the scholarship page of our website http://www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.htm
