After 32 years of teaching, Mrs. Rizzo is ready for retirement. Retirement is fast approaching, so she shared some special insight. Her favorite memories are her trips to Costa Rica with some of her students and her tole painting club at the middle school.

The things Mrs. Rizzo will miss most when she retires at the end of this year are the faculty and the students, especially their senses of humor.

She also had some special advice for new teachers.
"Have patience and a good sense of humor," she said.
When retirement comes about at the end of this year, Mrs. Rizzo plans to see her grandson, relax, read, and do some volunteer work. We wish you the best, Mrs. Rizzo!
