Posted by Webmaster, 2/1/06 at 8:25:14 AM. Senior Anthony Dominic netted a hat trick in last night's 4-0 victory over League-rival New Hartford at Kennedy Arenda. Senior goalie Sam Myers was a wall in net, denying 27 Spartan shots. Senior co-captain Mike Cignarale scored the Knights' other goal. Junior Dylan Wojdyla also played an important role in the victory, recording three assists. Also picking up assists were sophomores Mike Barrett and Mike Ungeitis, and Mark Bartlett.

The Knights, now 6-2-2 in the league and 8-8-4 overall, travel to Hamilton on Thursday. The previous meeting between the teams ended in a 3-3 tie.

Berry's double-double leads Lady Knights; now third all-time scorer

Senior co-captain Jessica Berry recorded 15 points, 15 rebounds, and six assists to lead the Lady Knights to an impressive 72-52 league victory over Baldwinsville last night at RFA. Senior co-captain Nikki Jo Rotolo also had a strong performance, scoring 31 points. Netting 3-pointers for RFA were senior co-captain Kaitlen Birnie, Rotolo, and Berry.

It was also announced at last night's game that on Saturday, Jessica surpassed Mary Dooher to notch third place on the all-time scoring list for the Lady Knights. After last night's game, she now has 948 career points.
